The role includes supervising staff, maintaining program delivery, and ensuring adherence to NCYF policies. A Master’s degree in human services is required, with 3+ years working with youth and 2+ years in supervision; driving checks and a valid

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services/social services is required.
• At least 3 years of experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Approved CORI, DCF, and driving background checks.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall functioning of the after-school program and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Develop, monitor, and supervise staff and service delivery; ensure policy compliance.
• Facilitate staff meetings and trainings; assess treatment plans and termination summaries.
• Oversee client intakes and provide clinical support as needed; occasional local travel.
