Job summary

Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. (NCYF) seeks a full-time After School Program Supervisor for our Holyoke program. The supervisor will manage the program, ensure a safe, therapeutic environment, and promote healthy socialization among clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in human services, 3+ years with youth with behavioral issues, 2+ years supervisory experience, CORI/DCF/driving checks, and a valid driver's license. Schedule is weekdays with some evenings and local travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services/social services required.
• At least 3 years of experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• CORI, DCF, and driving background checks required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall functioning of the after-school program and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Develop, maintain, monitor, and supervise staff and service delivery per NCYF policies and contracts; lead staff meetings and trainings.
• Approve treatment plans and termination summaries; oversee client intakes and provide clinical support and crisis intervention as needed.
• Weekdays schedule with some evening hours; frequent local travel; valid driver's license required.
