Job summary

Aaron Family JCC of Dallas is seeking a Youth & Teen Director to oversee year-round youth programming and assist in Camp Chai planning. The role emphasizes engaging children and families through meaningful, Jewishly enriched experiences during the school year and summer.

The position is exempt with a benefits package. The JCC emphasizes safety, program integrity, and cross-department collaboration to deliver high-quality activities across multiple sites and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Detail oriented and well organized with ability to plan projects and schedules months in advance.
• Experience with social media and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee year-round youth programming with focus on quality and safety.
• Plan and execute Camp Chai activities; support Camp Director in staffing and camper experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise part-time van drivers and program staff.
• Prepare department budget, process payroll, monitor expenditures, and manage supplies.
• Coordinate room scheduling, facility upkeep, and safety procedures.
• Publicize classes, programs, and events; contribute to marketing materials.
