Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year leading youth and/or family programs.
• Computer literacy with MS Office and database skills.
• Ability to obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage youth, teen, and family programming.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Develop and monitor annual program budgets and enrollment goals.
• Ensure program safety and state/local regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling of facilities and marketing of programs.
• Support fundraising and community outreach activities.
