Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of music performance theory and pedagogy.
• Ability to teach entry-level music (voice, keyboard, drums, guitar).
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work directly with youth and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development for Music Clubhouse with clear activities and outcomes.
• Run weekly music instruction with small youth groups with varying experience.
• Create showcases and coach youth to perform confidently.
• Identify teen leaders as All Stars and mentor younger members.
• Manage budget, materials, and safe, clean facilities.
