Job summary

ViaQuest ICFs is seeking a Youth Support Specialist- (DSP)- Team Lead near Columbus, OH. Training is provided; no prior experience required. Pay ranges from $19.25 to $20.25 per hour, with full benefits for eligible roles and a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities include direct care and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting independence and safety. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License with MVR requirements (no OVI/DUI; no high-speed violations)
• Reliable vehicle with active insurance
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, balance, and assist individuals as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to promote independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in all aspects of daily living.
• Perform household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
• Provide personal care assistance.

Youth Support Specialist- (DSP)- Team Lead

At ViaQuest ICFs, our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required!

$19.25~$20.25 per hour / Near Columbus Airport, Ohio Dominican and Bexley, OH

  • No OVI/DUI's, reckless operations, or speeding violations more than 20 MPH over posted limit
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years or more than 5 points
• Reliable vehicle with active insurance
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, balance, and assist individuals as needed
