ViaQuest is seeking a Youth Support Specialist (DSP) in Mansfield, OH. The role offers hourly pay between $18.25 and $19.25 and includes comprehensive paid training, including CPR/First Aid and medication administration, with several scheduling options.

Full-time employees receive a benefits package (medical, vision, dental, disability, life, 401k) and paid time off along with annual pay increases. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

At ViaQuest ICFs, our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety, so no experience is required!

Requirements for this position include:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's Ohio license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
  • No OVI/DUI's, reckless operations, or speeding violations more than 20 MPH over posted limit
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years or more than 5 points
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
