ViaQuest is seeking a Youth Support Specialist (DSP) in Reynoldsburg, OH, offering $18.25-$19.25 per hour. No prior experience required; full training provided to support individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities.

You will deliver direct care, supervise daily living activities, and assist with meals while helping create a safe, empowering environment. Paid training, comprehensive benefits, PTO and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record per MVR requirements (no OVI/DUI, no reckless operation, or excessive speeding).
• Reliable vehicle with active insurance.
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to foster independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in all aspects of life.
• Complete household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

At ViaQuest ICFs, our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required!

Requirements for this position include:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
  • Motor Vehicle Record must specific requirements including (but not limited to):
    • No OVI/DUI's, reckless operations, or speeding violations more than 20 MPH over posted limit
    • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years or more than 5 points
• Reliable vehicle with active insurance
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, balance, and assist individuals as needed
