Ideal candidates have prior swim team experience and enjoy working with children. Certifications such as Ellis & Associates Lifeguard and Safety Training for Swim Coaches are preferred or can be obtained within two

• Assist Head Coach with instructing participants in rules, techniques and safety.
• Organize and direct practice activities as directed by Head Coach.
• Assess swimmers' skills and monitor during practice and meets; report to Head Coach.
