Cheshire West and Chester Youth Service is seeking Youth Support Workers for evening, part-time posts across Ellesmere Port, Chester, and Northwich/Winsford. You will engage and support young people aged 11–19 (up to 25 for SEND and/or Care Leavers) in youth zones and in community outreach, delivering detached and outreach work.
Role focuses on talking with young people, planning activities, and delivering arts, cooking, music and crafts sessions.
The Youth Service is undergoing an exciting time of development and has a number of opportunities to be part of the team as a Youth Support Worker, engaging and supporting young people 11 to 19 years, up to 25 years (if Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and/or a Care Leaver) in our youth zones and out in the community delivering detached and outreach.

The sessions run in the evening between 6-9pm and can be delivered across the full week, this will include Friday night delivery.
We are not looking for experience but the right candidate will have a passion for supporting young people who are potentially struggling to build a strong future and have the ability to form meaningful professional relationships to inform and educate about making positive changes.
