Cheshire West and Chester Council is hiring Social Workers to support adults under the Care Act 2014, S.42. You will assess safeguarding concerns, work with health professionals and families, and help adults achieve positive outcomes. Hybrid working is available with a mix of office and home-based duties.
The role requires Social Work England registration, CQSW/CSS/Degree in Social Work, and enhanced DBS with BARRED List checks. A proactive, resilient, and person-centered approach is essential.
