Job summary

Southwest Key Programs - Youth Tracking Services in Hinesville, GA is seeking a Youth Tracker (Part Time Regular) to complete daily contact with youth and support each youth's service plan.

The position requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, travel up to 85% across Georgia counties, and data entry into JTS and ETO. A valid driver's license, clean criminal background, and First Aid/CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months experience with youth and families or related field.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face to face daily contacts with youth at various locations.
• Manage behaviors and provide structure to youth.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Enter data into JTS and ETO systems.
• Provide youth advocacy in health, education, vocation, and family work.
• Assist with on the job training of new staff as directed.
• Assist with crisis intervention and provide first aid when necessary.
