Job summary

ViaQuest ICFs is seeking a Youth Support Specialist (DSP) in Mansfield, OH. Training is provided and no experience is required. Earn $18.25-$19.25 per hour with paid training, orientation, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to push, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs; may crawl, kneel, and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to promote independence, choice, and safety.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily activities.
• Perform household tasks including meal prep and maintaining a clean living environment.

At ViaQuest ICFs, our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety, so no experience is required!
