Job summary

ViaQuest ICF provides Direct Support Professional services in the home setting. Training is provided in full, so no prior experience is required. This on-site role is located in Bexley, OH with a focus on fostering independence and safety for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include direct care, supervision, and assisting with daily living tasks. Competitive pay starts at $18.25–$19.25 per hour, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and car insurance.
• Ability to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs and perform climbing/balancing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily living activities.
• Perform household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.

At ViaQuest ICFs, our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required!
