Rite of Passage is hiring a Direct Juvenile Support Worker at the Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center in Lewisville, AR. You will provide for the safety, security, and well-being of youth, offering mentoring and support across educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of background checks, and the ability to pass drug, TB, and abuse registry screenings. Scheduling includes 3.5 days per week with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Pass criminal background check, drug test, TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person safety and security for youths around the clock.
• Meet physical, personal, and health needs of each youth through mentoring and skill development.
• Collaborate with other staff to meet goals of each youth's treatment plan.
