Rite of Passage is hiring a Direct Juvenile Support Worker at the Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center in Lewisville, AR. You will provide for the safety, security, and well-being of youth, offering mentoring and support across educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.

What you will do:ADirect Juvenile Support Workerprovidesin personsafety andsecurityaround-the-clock. In this role, you will provide for the physical,personaland health needs of each youth through individualmentoringand skill development.Direct Juvenile Support Workersprovide an atmosphere that is supportive of the youth’sneeds; monitor and document behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.Direct Juvenile Support Workerwill collaboratewith other professional staff toestablishand meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.

Schedule:3.5 days per week, 12-hour shifts

A Shift –Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 7am-9m and Wednesday - 8am-2pm *1 hour break each day*

B Shift-Thursday/Friday/Saturday - 7am-9pm and Wednesday - 2pm-9pm *1 hour break each day*
