Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct TEAP assessments and develop individualized intervention and support plans.
• Facilitate group sessions and prevention-focused educational programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention education, and relapse-prevention support to students.
• Coordinate with center departments and community agencies to deliver integrated services.
• Maintain TEAP data and prepare quarterly reports for the Department of Labor.
