Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Trainee Employee Assistance Program (TEAP) Drug and Alcohol Coordinator to conduct substance-use assessments for students, develop intervention plans, and make referrals. The role leads prevention efforts, designs educational activities, facilitates group sessions, and provides counseling and relapse-prevention support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, public health, or related behavioral-science field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
  • Experience with youth, educational programs, counseling, or support services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct TEAP assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
  • Lead group sessions, workshops, and prevention-focused programs.
  • Provide counseling and relapse-prevention support to students.
  • Coordinate with center staff and community agencies for integrated services.
  • Maintain TEAP program documentation and update procedures.
