Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania seeks a Sports & Healthy Lifestyles Coordinator to lead and support youth sports and wellness initiatives at the Estelle S. Campbell Clubhouse.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or youth in sports or recreation.
• Experience coaching or leading youth sports.
• Experience working with volunteers is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day sports and healthy lifestyle programming.
• Prepare gym and equipment for programming; ensure spaces are safe.
• Manage transitions between programs and track participation.
• Recruit and engage volunteers to strengthen sports programming.
• Promote sports and healthy lifestyle programs through outreach and marketing.
