Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania is seeking a Sports & Healthy Lifestyles Coordinator at the Estelle S. Campbell Clubhouse.

This full-time, hourly role leads sports, recreation, and healthy lifestyle programming for youth, creating a fun, safe, inclusive environment where kids build skills. The pay rate is $18 to $20/hour with a flexible schedule including 11am-6pm or 12-8pm, evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience with children/youth in sports, recreation, or youth development.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day sports and healthy lifestyle programming at the ESC.
• Develop gym activities for preschool and after-school participants.
• Lead age-appropriate games, sports, fitness activities, and recreational programming.
• Support Senior Sports Manager in planning leagues, clinics, and events.
• Ensure programming is safe, inclusive, and appropriate for participants.
