KemperSports Management is seeking a proactive professional to develop and implement sports programming at Henderson Sports and Social in Henderson, NV. You will plan and operate youth and adult leagues, manage partner relationships, and drive tournament activity within a dynamic, community-focused environment.

Formación

• BA or BS degree preferred.
• 5 years applicable sports league or tournament management experience, preferably in youth sports or recreation.
• Demonstrated experience and capability in budgeting, fiscal management, strategic planning, staff management, marketing, sales, public relations and community relations.
• Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems; handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; flexible hours including nights/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the seasonal local sports calendar that works within the expected season and calendar.
• Build relationships with media, hotels, convention contacts, youth and adult sports associations, civic organizations, to promote leagues, camps, events, open play, and tournaments.
• Develop and organize groups, special events, and tournaments, and coordinate communication between departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Monitor facility activities and make recommendations to improve customer service and operational efficiencies.
• Represent the Company in meetings/presentations with clients, municipalities, and outside agencies regarding marketing plans and strategies.
• Review and analyze market information to reflect customer activity and satisfaction, monitor marketing/sales results, and recommend revised actions to meet goals.
• Maintain knowledge of industry developments through attention to marketing, youth/adult sports publications and organizations.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports; cross-train staff on the sales process to support team success.
• Perform other duties as appropriate.
