Aufgaben

• Develop the seasonal local sports calendar within the season and calendar.
• Build relationships with media, hotels, convention contacts, sports associations, civic organizations to promote events.
• Develop and organize groups, events, and tournaments and coordinate interdepartmental communication.
• Monitor facility activities and recommend improvements to customer service or operations.
• Represent Henderson Sports and Social in meetings with clients, municipalities and partners.
• Analyze market information and track results of marketing and sales efforts.
• Stay informed on industry developments in youth and adult sports publications.
• Ensure timely submission of operational, financial, and budget reports.
• Cross-train staff on the sales process and key components.
• Perform other duties as appropriate.
