Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team as Youth Sports Instructors (Part-Time). You will help deliver a fun, structured environment for youth athletes, coaching, officiating, and supporting game-day operations in local communities.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for working with kids, solid communication skills, and reliability. Weekend availability is a plus, and previous coaching or childcare experience is beneficial but not required.

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work weekends (primarily Saturdays).
• Previous coaching, teaching, or childcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist with youth sports programs (soccer, flag football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, etc.)
• Teach basic skills while emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship
• Set up and break down fields and equipment
• Communicate with parents and players in a positive, professional manner
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Support game-day operations, including coaching and officiating
