Job summary

i9 Sports in Florida seeks a Youth Sports Coach & Official to mentor young athletes, supervise games, and promote safe, fun competition in a positive environment.

You’ll learn i9 Sports rules, apply age-appropriate instruction, manage game timing, and communicate professionally with families; weekend availability is required for the season.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sports playing, coaching, or officiating experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, problem-solve, and take initiative.
• Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
• Must successfully complete a National Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support youth sports games while creating a fun and encouraging atmosphere.
• Learn and apply i9 Sports rules and guidelines to promote safe and fair competition.
• Teach and reinforce teamwork, sportsmanship, effort, and respect.

Job Summary

Are you passionate about sports and enjoy working with kids? Join the i9 Sports team as a Youth Sports Coach & Official and help create unforgettable experiences for young athletes. Our Coaches and Officials are more than just game managers—they are mentors, leaders, and role models who help create a fun, safe, and positive environment for every player, coach, and family. This role plays a direct part in making each game day successful by encouraging sportsmanship, teaching skills, and ensuring every child has a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Help create an organized, welcoming, and memorable experience for every family

• Ability to work weekend schedules throughout the season (approximately 7 weeks)
