Job summary

Urban Dove Team Charter School III is seeking an Athletic Coordinator to support the Director of Youth Development and Instructional Coach with administrative tasks for the department. You will oversee all home games of the Urban Dove League and coordinate game-day operations.

The role requires knowledge of coaching and youth development, strong multitasking, and a commitment to Teamwork, Leadership and Communication. Evening and weekend availability is expected to fit game schedules.

Knowledge of coaching and sports-based youth development principles.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise student interns.
Meet with IC and DYD regularly regarding student interns (schedule, skills, needs).
Update Game Day Tracker.
Distribute, collect and support Coaches checklist completion (pre, post, and away games).
Check in with Coaches Daily for Attendance # of students.
Set up of Field or Gym (Field markers, goals, scoreboard, water, First Aid Kit & AED, etc.).
Connect with the officiating assigner to confirm attendance and who is officiating the game(s).
Update UDL calendar.
Secure transportation.
