Job summary

Urban Dove Team Charter School is seeking an Athletic Coordinator to support the Director of Youth Development with administrative tasks and to manage all home games for the Urban Dove League. Responsibilities include pre-game intern supervision, field setup, transportation coordination, and post-game recap and equipment checks.

The role requires knowledge of coaching and youth development with the ability to multitask and communicate effectively in a dynamic school environment.

Responsibilities

• Pre Game: Supervise interns, coordinate with coaching staff, update game day tracker, ensure equipment and field setup, arrange transportation.
• During Games: Manage game operations, enforce UD L Rules, ensure sportsmanship, manage game table and clock, respond to crises as needed.
• Post Game: Update scores, supervise clean-up, recap with coaches, check equipment, handle laundry.
• Additional: Promote events, track schedules, communicate with departments and senior staff.
