Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to drive a 15-passenger van with valid license.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to accommodate game schedules.

Responsibilities

• Pre Game Responsibilities: supervise interns; meet with IC and DYD; update game day tracker; distribute and collect coaches checklists; check attendance; set up fields for football, volleyball and basketball; coordinate with officials; update calendar; arrange transportation.
• During Home Games: manage game operations, ensure rules followed, support coaching staff, manage game table and clock, lead safety/crisis response.
• Post Game: update scores, supervise cleanup, document game recap, check equipment, arrange laundry.
• Additional Responsibilities: stay updated on events, promote games, coordinate with coaches on equipment and uniforms, handle incident reports, maintain inventories, update bulletin boards, schedule class swaps.
