Job Description:

Are you passionate about working with kids and sports? We’re looking for committed, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our recreational youth sports league as Referees, Site Managers, Sports Coordinators, and Camp Counselors/Trainers.

This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact on young athletes while gaining experience in coaching, leadership, and youth development.

Positions Available:

  • Sports Site Manager / Coordinator

  • Youth Camp Counselor or Trainer (Multi-Sport Camps)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide youth sports games and activities

  • Ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment for all participants

  • Communicate with parents, coaches, and league staff

  • Manage game-day operations (for site managers)

  • Serve as a positive role model for young athletes

Requirements:

  • Passion for youth sports and working with children

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Commitment and reliability – we depend on our staff to show up prepared when assigned to events

  • Prior experience in youth sports, coaching, or recreation a plus (but not required)

  • Must pass background check
