Job summary

i9 Sports - Honolulu,HI is seeking a part-time Sports Coordinator to enhance the youth sports experience at our local program. You will build relationships with players, parents and volunteer coaches, and help deliver safe, fun, and high-quality practices and games.

You will observe, assist, and coach across all groups, with hands-on involvement in practices and game days, while maintaining a positive atmosphere, clear communication, and strong customer service for families throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with players, parents, and coaches.
• Previous coaching experience in youth sports preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Commitment to safety and positive coaching environment.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practices focused on fundamentals and fun.
• Demonstrate core sportsmanship values and instructional skills.
• Oversee game-day operations for designated sport and ensure smooth flow.
• Maintain high customer service standards and positive attitude.
• Set up and break down field areas as needed.
