Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the player and coach experience. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while delivering instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience.

You will observe, assess, and assist coaches and participate in practices and games across all groups and skill levels. This role requires strong communication, coaching knowledge, and the ability to lead on weekends during the season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Awareness of safety and ability to manage situations.
• Positive attitude and strong relationship-building.
• Weekend availability for the season (~7 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
