Job summary

i9 Sports - Honolulu, HI is hiring a Sports Coordinator to enhance the sports experience for players and coaches. This role focuses on relationship building, overseeing practice and game operations, and ensuring safety. Candidates should have strong communication skills, coaching experience, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include empowering volunteer coaches, supervising game day operations, and demonstrating a positive attitude. Must be available on weekends and pass a National Criminal Background Check.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety.
• Ability to work weekends for the full duration of the season (~7 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions.
• Teach core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Supervise overall operation on game day.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service.
