i9 Sports in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a motivated Sports Coordinator. You will build strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring engaging instruction across practices and games for all ages and skill levels.

The role emphasizes empowering volunteer coaches, teaching core sportsmanship values, supervising game-day operations, and delivering consistently positive customer service. You will help set up and break down fields and support a fun, safe season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; able to work independently.
• Ability to ensure safety of players.
• Positive attitude and strong relationship-building.
• Weekend availability required for the full season.
• Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
