Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches, building relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional quality during practices and games. You will observe, assess, and support coaches across all groups and skill levels.

The role involves hands-on involvement with practices and games, requiring strong communication and a passion for fun, safety, and community engagement throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Coaching experience in youth sports is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize safety and manage diverse situations.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to run practices focusing on fundamentals and fun.
• Demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship and teamwork.
• Supervise the designated sport operations on game day.
• Maintain a consistently positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
