Doc Wayne Youth Services is seeking a masters level clinician (licensed or license eligible) to provide high-quality clinical treatment across schools, community settings, and residential centers. The role involves delivering sport-based group therapy, travel to various locations, and collaboration with partners, with supervision toward licensure and a salary in the $50k–$55k range depending on experience.

Formación

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field (independent licensure highly preferred).
• Bilingual/multilingual skills a huge plus (Spanish highly preferred).
• Ability to confidently lead a group of youth through experiential exercises targeted at enhancing emotional wellbeing.
• Cultural awareness and humility with an understanding of systems of oppression impact on mental health needs of low-income communities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide group therapy (primarily DBT sport-based groups) to youth.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and intakes as needed.
• Maintain individual and/or family therapy caseload as assigned.
• Travel to multiple locations to provide clinical services as assigned.
• Embed Doc Wayne culture of teamwork, cultural awareness, and innovation.
• Maintain accurate, current clinical records meeting regulations.
• Refer and consult with supervisor about clients' care levels as needed.
• Share creative ideas that advance the mission of Doc Wayne.
