Job summary

Project Transition seeks a Clinician/Therapist to perform individual and group therapies in a residential program, delivering evidence-based treatments and ensuring high-quality documentation. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support member growth and measurable outcomes.

The role requires a clinical license in the state or eligibility, and a minimum of 3 years of experience with dual diagnoses in a residential setting. Travel and crisis coverage may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Possesses a clinical license in the state of employment (LCSW/LPC/LMHC/PsyD/PhD).
• License eligible considered.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-diagnostic psychiatric and co-occurring disorders in residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy (DBT, Recovery, Trauma Empowerment, & other EBTs) and group therapy as assigned.
• Maintain tailored Treatment and Transition Plans with measurable outcomes.
• Complete timely clinical documentation per quality indicators.
• Lead and participate in program meetings, supervision, and case conferences.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support member care.
