Qualifications

• Strong communication with families, students, and staff.
• Proficient with standard office software; quick learner with new tech.
• Education/training in autism or social skills support preferred.
• Experience managing projects/teams in collaborative environments.
• PEER for Young Adults Certification preferred.
• Active driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct social skills curriculum in individual and group sessions.
• Support instruction in Reframing, PEERS, and Social Mentoring.
• Assess student social skills and assist in goal setting.
• Develop relationships with colleges to recruit interns.
• Supervise and train Social Skills staff; conduct evaluations.
• Collaborate on social thinking projects across departments.
• Produce session notes and progress reports.
• Plan weekend activities and student participation.
• Lead and oversee the Student Council.
• Participate in department reviews and overall program planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
