Job summary

i9 Sports - North Seattle/Snohomish, WA is seeking a Referee to enforce game rules while fostering a positive culture and serving as on-field coach for youth leagues. You will impact players, coaches, and spectators every game day and help ensure fun, learning, and safety across multiple sports.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and weekend availability to fit school and activity schedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience as a player, coach, or referee is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Understand and enforce the i9 Sports rule books ensuring a fun, learning, and safe environment for all players.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Keep time and score during the game; manage an age-appropriate level of instruction and competition.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
