Job summary

i9 Sports is hiring a Referee to enforce game rules and cultivate a positive on-field culture, acting as an on-field coach with a direct impact on players, coaches, and spectators each game day.

Responsibilities include teaching core concepts like sportsmanship, keeping time and score, and delivering superior customer service; weekend shifts fit with work or school schedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience as a player, coach, or referee is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekends.
