Job summary

i9 Sports is hiring a Referee to enforce rules on game day and foster a positive culture on the field. This role acts as an on-field coach, impacting players, coaches, and spectators during each game.

The Referee ensures safe, fair play, teaches sportsmanship, and delivers excellent customer service while coordinating time, score, and game flow across weekend slots.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience as a player, coach, or referee is preferred.
• Motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Understand & enforce the i9 Sports rule books ensuring a fun, learning, and safe environment for all players.
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Keep time and score during the game; manage an age-appropriate level of instruction and competition.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

Job Summary
