Job summary

i9 Sports Corporation is seeking a dedicated Referee to enforce rules and cultivate a positive on-field culture across youth games in Albuquerque. You will act as an on-field coach, ensuring safety and fair play for players, coaches, and spectators during every game.

The role emphasizes a fun, learning-focused environment, with weekend shifts and competitive pay. Prior experience is helpful but not mandatory, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience as a player, coach, or referee is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Understand & enforce the i9 Sports rule books ensuring a fun, learning, and safe environment for all players.
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Keep time and score during the game; manage an age-appropriate level of instruction and competition.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
