Company Profile:

Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2-8. Our nationally recognized program offers a high-energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to the game of soccer. Our curriculum emphasizes both soccer skills and character development, aiming to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.

The ideal instructor MUST meet the following criteria:
  1. Responsible: Arrives on time, manages a group of 12 children, keeps attendance, distributes prizes and certificates, and communicates effectively with leadership.
  2. Professional: Neat appearance, friendly, courteous, self-assured, and confident in interactions with parents and facility staff.
  3. Enthusiastic: Enjoys working with children aged 2-8, able to connect and communicate effectively, and be outgoing and animated.
  4. Experience: Soccer experience is preferred but not required. Must engage well with children.
  5. Reliable & Committed: Willing to commit to the scheduled 8-11 week season.
  6. Self-sufficient, Communicative, and Responsive: Maintains effective communication, responds within 24 hours, and manages schedule independently.
  7. Transportation/License: Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
  8. Eligibility: Able to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
  9. Education: High School Diploma required.
