Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-9. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and a love of the game to every session.

You’ll train with Soccer Shots’ curriculum, handle field setup and breakdown, coach sessions, and help kids develop confidence, teamwork, and character in a fun, safe environment.

Schedule: Mondays–Fridays with mornings, afternoons, or evenings; Saturdays mornings required.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for children and sports.
• Safety conscious.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 9 years old, including field set-up and take-down.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Utilize Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-9.

What We Offer:

Competitive Base Pay

The training rate is $15/hour

After completing training, pay is $20/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time).

Pay can be up to $28/hour through advancement
