Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2-8. Our nationally recognized program offers a high energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer. Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to each session; manage a group of 12 children; keep accurate attendance; distribute end of season prizes and certificates of completion; communicate well with Soccer Shots leadership team.

Qualifications

• Professional: Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with parents, and/or facility staff: self-assured and confident.
• Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (2–8 years old); connect with children and communicate on their level; make the Soccer Shots class the best 30-45 minutes of their week; outgoing and animated; able to be silly with the children.
• Experience: Soccer experience is preferred, but not required. Must be able to easily engage and interact with a group of up to twelve 2-8 year olds.
• Reliable & Committed: Must be willing/able to commit to your set schedule for each 8-11 week season.
• Self-sufficient, Communicative, and Responsive: Good communication and feedback are necessary; responsive; ability to initiate conversations and request support when needed. Coaches must maintain timely communication and respond within 24 hours to Soccer Shots leadership.
• Transportation/License: Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Eligibility: Eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.
• High School Diploma.
