Job summary

Soccer Shots Greater Hartford/Central CT is seeking a Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach to lead engaging soccer sessions for children aged 2–8. This role requires enthusiasm and reliability, and training will be provided.

Compensation ranges from $16.94 for field training to $20 per session after training. A high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are required.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8
• Create a positive and energetic environment where kids can learn and grow
• Help make Soccer Shots the best part of each child’s week
• Track attendance and communicate with leadership as needed
• Distribute end‑of‑season prizes and celebrate each child’s progress

No coaching experience? No problem — we provide all the training you need!

• Responsible – Shows up on time and prepared

• Enthusiastic – Loves working with young children
• Outgoing – Willing to be animated, energetic, and even a little silly!
• Reliable – Able to commit to a consistent schedule for a 6–8 week season
• Communicative – Responsive and able to stay in touch with the team

Soccer Experience Is Preferred, But Not Required.

Experience working with children is a big plus!
