Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills, and increase youth activity across the board.

The History: Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

The Position: We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Youth Soccer Coach who will lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader) and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone interested in early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and earn from $20 per hour up to $45 per hour.

• Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress-free.
• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success.
• Our Coaches have fun, are open-minded, and see training as a continuous journey. All Coaches attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Requirements

The majority of classes are held outdoors or indoors in schools or sports centers. Availability during the following times is preferred:

• Monday-Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm
• Sundays: 9:00am - 1:00pm

Reliable transportation is necessary as Coaches may need to travel within the city.
