The Position

We seek an energetic, fun-loving Youth Soccer Coach to lead children in engaging, educational activities while ensuring safety. Prior experience working with children is preferred. Coaches can work 5-25 classes weekly, earning from $20 to $45 per hour.

• Provide individual attention to ensure success for each child
• Create a fun, non-competitive, stress-free environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage and celebrate achievements
• Attend regular training sessions and follow the coaching manual, embracing feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

Most classes are outdoors or in indoor facilities like schools or sports centers. Availability during these times is preferred:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm
• Sundays: 9:00am - 1:00pm

Reliable transportation is necessary as coaches may travel within the city.
