The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills, and increase youth activity across the board.

The History: Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

The Position: We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Youth Soccer Coach! The coach will lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader) and enjoys working with children. This position is suitable for someone interested in early childhood education or child development. New coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and earn from $20 to $45 per hour.

• Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and stress-free.
• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success.
• Our Coaches have a blast, are open-minded, and see training as a continuous journey. All Coaches are encouraged to attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Requirements: Most classes are held outdoors or in indoor facilities like schools or sports centers. Availability during the following times is preferred:

• Monday-Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm
• Sundays: 9:00am - 1:00pm

Reliable transportation is necessary as coaches may travel within the city.
