Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Youth Soccer Coach! You will lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader) and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone interested in early childhood education or child development. New coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and earn from $20 per hour up to $45 per hour.

• Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and stress-free.
• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success.
• Our Coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that training is a continuous journey. All Coaches attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Requirements:

The majority of classes are held outdoors, depending on the season, and in indoor facilities such as schools or sports centers. The ideal candidate would have availability during the following days and times:

• Monday-Friday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Saturdays: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
• Sundays: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Coaches may need to travel within the city, so reliable transportation is necessary.
