Job summary

Soccer Shots Philadelphia is seeking a part-time Children’s Soccer Coach for the South Philadelphia area. You will lead fun, structured soccer sessions for kids ages 2–8, following our proven curriculum and safety standards.

No prior coaching experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. Flexible scheduling includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities for advancement within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a genuine interest in working with kids.
• Ability to communicate well with children, parents, and teammates.
• Comfortable leading group activities and following a curriculum.
• No prior coaching experience required; training provided.

Your Role

Lead engaging soccer sessions using our proven curriculum. Inspire kids to grow on and off the field with your energy, positivity, and encouragement.

Coaches are expected to be reliable, prepared, and comfortable leading groups of children in a fun, safe, and positive environment.

No prior coaching experience is needed — we provide all training! Experience working with children through babysitting, teaching, camps, childcare, or similar roles is a plus.
