Job summary

Soccer Shots Philadelphia is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to lead classes for children ages 2-8. No prior soccer experience is required, and you’ll enjoy flexible hours and paid training.

You’ll run engaging, safe sessions for up to 12 kids, follow a kid-friendly curriculum, and participate in team trainings. This role emphasizes positive impact and growth opportunities with seasonal bonuses.

• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback.
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful.

• Flexible hours: No minimum # of sessions per week.
• Base pay increase following the first season
• Direct 21-day track to become lead coach with pay increase
• Paid training ($16/hr)
• Seasonal performance bonuses
